Not trying to be dramatic, but this book changed my life

This is the only work on Revelation I've read that made perfect sense to me, and also the only work not based on conjecture or interpretative systems. The author did not stack premise upon premise to get to an end conclusion. In other words, this book was so simple to understand and so eye-opening, I never had to make any uncomfortable or frustrating logical leaps or take anything he said on his authority, because everything he pointed out was immediately obvious and verifiable.
He reframed the doctrine and historical facts in such a simple fashion that I found myself thinking "Of course!" over and over. (And really shouldn't God and doctrine be so simple that even a child can understand? That is an important litmus test and this book delivers on that point.)
After 36 years in the church and so many prophetic conferences and endless classes and video series on Revelation and 5 syllable words thrown about, this was the most refreshing work I've read on this topic. Best of all, it shined a strong light on unhealthy beliefs I had formed that I realized with horror essentially left me sitting around waiting for the apocalypse. It had been very confusing to previously to feel that God expects us to advance good when he had already ordained or foretold that evil would take over towards the end. It left me very confused and double-minded about what to spend time on and how to proceed, and left fear and uncertainty in my heart, not about God but about what to expect in the details. The truth Jonathan shared broke my mind free of this mental battle. Which is no surprise, because the rapture was promoted from the pulpit after a woman's dream in the 1800's. A lot of doctrine that feels ancient and bedrock to us is WILDLY different than what the early church believed. Jonathan helps us get back to our roots. Understanding the doctrinal departures of the last few centuries is freeing.
It is such a burden lifted to realize that anything I boldly do to advance a loving kingdom is NOT going to be sucked up into the destruction of an apocalypse. In fact, I have been sidelined with fatalistic and inappropriate thinking for a very long time!!!! Heaven is waiting for us to move and act, and the kingdom is ever-advancing! The kingdom of heaven has only advanced since the time of Jesus, and will keep doing so. We have INCREDIBLE potential to participate in endless and miraculous experiences in experiencing that happen. But rightly understanding this potential is key to being free to participate! The truth lifts fear and sets free. Read this book, you won't be disappointed.

Exciting, Interesting and Encouraging

This book is so interesting and exciting to read! It makes all of those hard to be understood verses about the end times so easy to understand. It's like, "Finally I understand those passages, and it makes so much sense!" It's so much better than the theological backflips and the vague speculations of pretrib dispensational eschatology. Plus, it was so AMAZING to read about all of the prophecies that Jesus made coming to pass just 40 years after He said them! All of Matthew 24 was fulfilled within a generation just like He said! It's just another proof that Jesus is who He said He was!
I mean come on, haven't you ever wondered why the apostles thought they were in the last days, or how that Jesus said in Revelation that these things shall shortly come to pass? Maybe it's because the apostles were in the last days of the old covenant age and the majority of end time prophecies did shortly come to pass. And although it was painful to read of the great tribulation that the jews had to go through, it's exciting to know that it's already been fulfilled, that we're not expecting a great falling away that's already happened but that we can win the world for Jesus before He returns!
And with the new addition of "The Art of Revelation," my mind is blown again. As someone who loves art of many different mediums it is thrilling to finally gain a clear understanding of the mysterious art piece known as Revelation. The more I read the bible the more I am astounded by what a divine masterpiece it is. Thank you for giving me the glasses to view it's beauty more clearly! I just love how the finished work of Christ makes every other scripture fall so wonderfully into place! Oh and I can't forget to mention the added joy and confidence it gives me to know I'm in an ever increasing Kingdom that's on it's way up and not down! I'm ready to win the world for Jesus and I'm not motivated by fear, but rather by faith!

Wow...now the Scriptures make SO much more sense!

Wow...GREAT book! When I first heard about this book from a friend (as well as the title), I was like, "No way, this is nuts". But then I went to Jonathan's website and read RAPTURELESS and my belief system was totally rocked. Then saw a couple of his Youtube videos on Revelation, and was sold. Now I know why Holy Spirit led me to this book. And now so much of the Scriptures that deal with "end times" makes so much sense--puts it all into proper perspective. My whole eschatology theology has taken a huge paradigm shift! I HIGHLY recommend this book. Thanks, Jonathan!
