Lots of pater but nothing truly useful. More of his own life story than anything else. Nothing that connects to your own life.

Foundational but little more than that

I enjoyed the book, but was originally expecting something MORE about groups and more in general. In reality this is just for your geeky brother that can't make friends by himself or that shy co worker you know is great but just can't show it. Talking, mingling and meeting new people (ie. I was the kid all the adults new by name but not because of the parents) is fun for me but I'm a 100X better one on one than in a group. Is there a good book for that? Anyway, good book just not as in depth. Foundational but little more.

Thanks to this book, now I am more confident to finally face an audience of business prospects. And why not? The habits and mindsets presented are all amazing! Also, the exercise to instantly improve social confidence was very helpful. I will recommend this book to my future business associates.
